First a confession: I ordered the arrachera with chile ash cream THREE times the week of April 2th
And it's on today's specials blackboard!
But I went a bit lighter and got the Sea Bass. I do not believe this was basa which is often passed off as sea bass in MX; I say this based on thickness (basa is quite thin) and flavor and texture (this was firmer than basa). The fish was cooked beautifully and the Mediterranean sauce is quite light.
My partner had the chicken in brie and mozzarella cream....ultra tender, smooth and with very good flavor.
